Advanced Set-Up in Perspective

During this session, we'll show you how to use some of Perspective's more advanced options for system set-up. From configurations on the service manager, to set-up available under administration, to additional email options, to ways to use links effectively-you'll learn about a variety of tools and the best ways to apply them.

Ask the Experts-Open Q&A with PPM Trainers

Here's your chance to ask any questions that don't fit into a specific breakout or lab. We'll have a number of our trainers present, ready to share their know-how and experience.

Breaking Down Barriers-The Power of Integration Services

Last year, we introduced you to Integration Services and how it opens a new world for linking Perspective with other systems. This year, we'll show you some integrations that have already been built, including some great options that are now available for access control, mass notification and situation management.

DispatchLog Concepts-Standard Operating Procedures & Regulated Time to Act

The new version of DispatchLog introduces a number of exciting new features. During this session, you'll learn about two of the most significant: (a) Standard Operating Procedures; and

Part 1: Activity Tracking vs. Incident Reporting

During this session, we'll show you how to integrate Version 3.0's new Activity Tracking form into your day-to-day use of Perspective. We'll cover how we approached the design and discuss how you can change your existing set up to maximize the benefits of this new Perspective feature.

Part 2: Incident Reporting vs. Investigation Management vs. Case Management

Building on what we covered in Part I (Activity Tracking vs. Incident Reporting), this session will look at the differences between Incident Reporting, Investigation Management and Case Management and how Perspective was uniquely designed to cover all three.

Perspective in Action: A Discussion of Client Experiences & Challenges

With so many Perspective users present in one place, this session is all about sharing experiences, both lessons learned and current challenges. A panel of users will share their stories with the discussion organized by a moderator and led by the audience. Look forward to an enlightening look at how other organizations approach Incident Management and, of course, Perspective.

The intelligence within your Perspective data is immense. In this session, investigators will dive deep into the intelligence cycle, differentiating between 'intelligence' and 'data' in Perspective, where to find it, tools to depict it and how and why intelligence can be expanded upon using other sources.

Back by Popular Demand-Learn how to stay on top of reported incidents, ongoing investigations and current assignments with a powerful business activity monitoring engine that works behind the scenes. Perspective Workflow monitors and auto-responds to critical, time-sensitive data, automatically notifying the necessary personnel. During this session, we'll cover the basics and explore some case studies that showcase the many ways Workflow can be used.
