The Technical Support department
is a critical component of any software company. Regardless
of how easy-to-use the product may be or how great the
Users' Guide is, it is important to be able to pick
up the phone and talk to someone.
PPM is committed to providing
our customers every opportunity to communicate with
usto let us know how things are going, to offer
feedback on our products and services, to share happy
endings as well as day-to-day challenges.
Our Technical Support team is
available from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mountain Time (9:00
AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time), Monday to Friday. We offer
a dedicated, toll free Technical Support line, and we
use innovative Help Desk software to ensure that we
address your questions and concerns as promptly as possible.
We wouldn't be where we are today
