To address specific objectives for our clients, PPM 2000 offers a dedicated group of developers who are intimately familiar with Perspective and specialize in addressing unique, client-specific requests. Their projects cover anything from migrating a third party database, to designing a custom web form for incident data entry, to integrating multiple business systems.

Custom projects are all about identifying a specific goal related to your Perspective Incident Management solution and determining the best way to accomplish that goal. Each custom project is evaluated independently, and in-depth cost estimates are provided.

Thinking of an integration you would require? We can scope it out as a custom project or give you the documentation required to have it developed by a team at your organization using Perspective's open API. Migrations

Move data from your current Incident Reporting or Investigation Management system into Perspective. Depending on the database involved, a complimentary migration package may be available.

Interfaces (Web, Windows, Etc.)

Create a unique user interface for your Perspective system. Past custom projects have included data entry screens for specific incident types and an image search for visual recognition.

Custom Reports

Establish a portal where specific Perspective reports are available to users outside the system, or work with PPM to design a unique report that’s laid out to your specifications.
