How many systems do you currently use to respond to, report on and analyze security incidents? Consider everything… from emergency planning, to situation management, to business intelligence.
Is all of your data in one place? Probably not.
Do your systems at least talk to each other? Not really?
It’s time to bring all aspects of your Incident Management program into a single, consolidated process. It’s about sharing data, eliminating redundancies and being responsive. It’s about end-to-end Incident Management.
Understanding End-to-End Incident Management is a webinar on Incident Management as an essential part of your organization’s PSIM initiatives.
Your host, Brian McIlravey, CPP—the visionary behind PPM 2000’s product strategy and roadmap—covers the concept of Incident Management, the importance of knowledge-based decision-making and how, with Perspective by PPM, you can share intelligence across systems.
Brian shows you the pitfalls of a compartmentalized system and demonstrate how Perspective addresses all four stages of the Incident Management process, taking you from planning and response to documentation and investigation.
LEARN how an integrated approach to Incident Management can help you standardize processes and consolidate data.
DISCOVER how to break down barriers and eliminate information silos as PPM brings Incident Management to the forefront of innovation.
You’ll leave this one hour webinar with actionable ideas for your Incident Management program and a better understanding of how Perspective by PPM can help you meet your risk, performance and intelligence objectives by streamlining Incident Management and helping you PREVENT incidents.

How many things does your dispatcher need to consider when responding to an alarm or an emergency? Can they do it efficiently? More likely, they lose time switching systems, looking up numbers and making phone calls.
Imagine this… full-scale, managed and targeted notifications triggered by dispatchers from their core dispatching system. Everything—from who is notified about what, to the medium used (text, email, voice)—is determined in advance, giving the dispatcher complete control over an emergency situation when saving seconds can save lives.
Scenario 1: Security Breach
A door is forced open at Site 1 at 6 PM. An alarm is triggered.
The dispatcher immediately sends a notification to on duty officers to investigate.
The supervisor on duty receives the same notification and is immediately aware of the incident.
It all happens in under five seconds.
Scenario 2: Building Fire
A fire alarm is triggered in an office building.
The dispatcher sends a notification to the emergency response team.
On confirmation that it's a real fire, a second notification is sent to the facility manager to make a decision: (1) Activate Building Evacuation; (2) Issue Emergency Conference Call; or (3) Wait for More Information.
The facility manager immediately authorizes a "Building Evacuation" mass notification to all employees, requesting that "all-clear responses" be returned.
It all happens in under a minute.
That fast? Really? Absolutely, and we'll show you how. Join us for a one-hour webinar where PPM and MIR3 come together to demonstrate how you can significantly improve response times with state-of-the-art and integrated dispatching coupled with intelligent notification.
Following this webinar, you'll have a better understanding of:
- The four stages of incident management.
- How and where dispatching fits into the mix.
- How mass notification is an option but intelligent notification means so much more.
- How you can streamline emergency response, improve coordination, reduce wait times and enhance information sharing with Perspective DispatchLog 4.0 and MIR3 Intelligent Notification.
If you are responsible for any sort of command and control center—in a university, an airport, a manufacturing plant or an office complex—you'll be amazed at what this type of technology can do.

You chose Perspective for complete Incident, Investigation and Case Management. Now's the time to expand the scope of your system with one or more Perspective modules.
Have you heard about our special offer? The one where Perspective clients save significantly on Perspective's modules until July 31st? In support of this offer, we've put together a webinar that covers ALL six Perspective modules.
- DispatchLog—Redesigned from the ground up.
- e-Reporting—Unlimited users! How often does that happen?
- Focal Point—Review detailed metrics without knowing Perspective.
- Mobile—For the iPhone, iPad or BlackBerry.
- Visual Analysis—An investigator's best friend.
- Workflow—Hands-down, the most popular Perspective module.
Since the webinar is designed for Perspective users, we have a full hour to cover the modules (no basic Perspective introduction required!). Brian McIlravey, CPP (our Co-CEO and lead product visionary) will demonstrate each one, taking you through its relationship with Perspective and how other clients have deployed it.
After watching this recording, you'll:
- Understand what each module has to offer;
- Know whether or not you need that functionality; and
- Be ready to prioritize the modules you need most.
Request this webinar recording and discover how Perspective can be expanded. beyond the core. for complete, end-to-end Incident Management. If you've ever asked about. or even thought about. one of the modules, this is your chance to learn more about it.

Are you in need of a new Incident Reporting and Investigation Management system but nervous about the IT element? Maybe someone has suggested a SaaS (or 'in the cloud') option, but you don't know what it's all about?
During this one-hour webinar we cover both topics! We showcase the industry’s leading Incident Management system, Perspective by PPM 2000, and we demonstrate how a SaaS version of Perspective offers immediate uptime with minimal IT involvement. In addition, as an annual expense instead of a capital item, it’s much easier to get a SaaS solution into the budget, and we show you how.
- SEE a demonstration of Perspective SaaS.
- DISCOVER the key benefits of a SaaS solution.
- LEARN whether or not a SaaS option is right for you.
We are joined by John Szczygiel of Brivo Systems, one of PPM’s technology partners and one of the first companies to offer a cloud-based security system. He highlights their Online Access Control Systems, and… together… we’ll show you how our two SaaS solutions integrate seamlessly in the cloud.
Believe it! You can get up and running on an Incident Reporting and Investigation Management solution without any involvement from your IT group, and we’ll show you how.

Get a firsthand look at the new mobile options for PPM’s Incident Reporting and Investigation Management Software, Perspective by PPM 2000.
We start off with a quick overview of Perspective’s newest module for real-time Incident Reporting and Investigation Management, Perspective Mobile. Brian McIlravey, CPP, PPM’s Co-CEO and lead product visionary will show you how BlackBerry, iPhone and iPad users are taking Perspective out of the office and into the field with this latest addition to the Perspective product line. See how you can extend your desktop with a mobile application that mirrors Perspective’s entry, edit and search functionality.
You’ll LEARN how your ground force personnel can:
- Document incidents at the scene.
- Pull up existing records to add photos or enter notes.
- Search across Perspective to answer in-the-field questions.
- Did we deal with this person before?
- Have we registered that car as a suspicious vehicle?
You’ll also DISCOVER how to leverage their time in the field for:
- Timely and accurate data entry.
- Streamlined communication and collaboration.
- Instant, real-time access to meaningful intelligence.
Brian then hands over the floor to Andrew Davidson of TotalMobile, one of PPM’s newest technology partners, to discuss how their mobile platform for guard tours, post orders, BOLO bulletins, incidents and more, integrate seamlessly with Perspective.
We show you how having the right information, at the right time, makes it easier to identify threats and escalate events and how, with in-the-field options for incident capture and retrieval, you can ensure faster (and more informed!) decision making.
Interested in mobility? Responsible for Incident Management? Connect the two… request this webinar recording today.
It’s no longer about catching up when you get back to the office… it’s about taking care of it then and there. Perspective and its mobility options makes it happen, and this webinar will show you how.
