TRIAL OFFER FOR PERSPECTIVE FOCAL POINT
30 Day FREE Trial System.
Throughout the ASIS show in September, we showcased Perspective Focal Point, an interactive tool that summarizes Perspective’s incident and loss data in a series of dynamic charts and graphs. Attendees were drawn to Focal Point’s eye catching charts and graphs while industry experts zeroed in on Focal Point’s core value as a business intelligence tool for key performance metrics and drill-down data analysis.
Focal Point was featured in Ron Lander’s “What’s New on the Floor” educational session, and George Campbell, one of the industry’s most recognized authorities on Corporate Security metrics, stopped by for a look… his response, “People don’t know the power they now have at their fingertips.”
You can learn more about Focal Point (one of Perspective’s most talked about add-ons!) by requesting our datasheet and by experiencing an online demonstration from one of our account managers. You can also sign up for our new trial version! Armed with sample data and a User’s Guide, you’ll delve right in… working with the Dashboard, checking out performance comparisons under the Score Card and experiencing Focal Point’s many options for trend, performance, loss and location reporting.
Special Opportunity for Perspective Clients—Since you already have Perspective—and, with it, a database of incident, investigation and case records—you can use your data instead of our sample set! Take advantage of the 30 Day Focal Point Trial System to discover key metrics and performance measurements specific to your organization.

INCIDENT MANAGEMENT IN ACTION
3 Organizations. 3 Industries. 3 Experiences.
We've had the amazing opportunity to interview three clients about their Perspective implementations and what they learned along the way. Each of our case studies looks at the client's incident management challenges, how Perspective has met those challenges head-on and the ROI they've experienced as a result.
Steve McGowan at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario talks about their Perspective deployment and the returns they experienced just three months after implementing the system. Steven Haynes from Shawnee Mission Medical Center talks about Perspective's use across three departments and the importance of data segregation and consolidation. And Kim Hodgkin from Delta Air Lines addresses their use of Perspective across multiple departments and how it's been configured for their specific organization. He also emphasizes the importance and value of Perspective's Visual Analysis add-on and the impact it's had on their Corporate Security investigators.
Regardless of whether or not you're in the same industry as one of these clients—or even already using Perspective—these case studies will make you think about your own incident reporting and investigation management practices and give you some great ideas for enhancing your approach.

Microsoft's Global Security Director talks to SDN TV.
For the first time ever at ASIS, Microsoft showcased their Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), and Perspective by PPM 2000 was featured as the Center's Incident Reporting & Investigation Management solution. As Brian Tuskan (Microsoft Global Security's Senior Director of Operations, Technology & Investigations) stated when he was interviewed by Security Director News TV, "We use exclusively [PPM 2000's] Case Management [software] for investigations and operations. It's called Perspective, and it's a great tool. We've been using it for the past three and a half years [for] investigations, analytics and trending."
