THREE NEW RELEASES
Available with Perspective Version 1.3
PPM 2000 is thrilled to announce the release of Perspective 1.3 and, with it, your ability to choose between two levels of Perspective—Standard and Premium—and the opportunity to integrate your Incident Reporting solution with mobile incident data capture and computer-aided dispatching.
Perspective Standard
Over the past couple of years, Perspective has become the Incident Reporting and Investigation Management system of choice for many organizations. During that time, we have often been asked about an entry-level version… something with the same quality, design and potential but with less functionality, a streamlined implementation process and a lower price. Perspective DispatchLog
With DispatchLog, organizations manage all incoming activities and requests for service—from initiation, to deployment to response. With Perspective, incidents are documented for further investigation, analysis and reporting. By integrating the two systems, you can easily escalate a routine activity into an incident. All of the common fields carry over, and a validation process in Perspective ensures that each report is reviewed before being accepted as an official Perspective incident.

Perspective Mobile IDC
With Perspective Mobile IDC and a handheld device (e.g., a smart phone, PDA, etc.), incident data can be collected for further investigation, follow-up and analysis in Perspective. A step-by-step wizard guides data entry, and Perspective adds a validation process through which each report is reviewed before it is accepted as an official incident. Typical users include officers who don't have access to a computer but are routinely required to report incidents and security managers and investigators who respond to an incident and must immediately record their findings.
