CLIENT FEEDBACK
Appreciation for Customized Approach to Training
"I just wanted to take a brief moment to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the training we received on the use, administration and set-up of Perspective. Our instructor was not only extremely knowledgeable about Perspective but also about our particular requirements. It was apparent that he had taken the time-through discussions and meetings-to determine the best course of action for our particular implementation. So often, when new software is obtained, the training is merely 'out of the box.' In this instance, our instructor was able to listen to our issues and concerns and assist us in achieving our desired goals and remedies. Thank you again, and we look forward to a successful partnership." Director of Security, Leading Sports and Entertainment Presenter, Los Angeles, California, April 2008.

NEW WEBINAR ON DISPATCHLOG
Managing service requests with one-step dispatching
Thursday, June 26, 2008-Your officers are constantly busy. you know that. But do you know why? Do you know: how much time they spend responding to complaints; how often they are asked to unlock doors. or check on suspicious packages; who the service calls are coming from… and how much they're costing you? Now, you can guess. but can you quantify your suspicions? Can you prove where you need additional resources? Can you prove when someone is taking advantage of your security services? Join us for a one-hour, complimentary Webinar where we will introduce DispatchLog as an independent Computer-Aided Dispatching system and showcase its integration with Perspective, our enterprise-level Incident Reporting & Investigation Management solution.

THREE NEW RELEASES
Available with Perspective Version 1.3
PPM 2000 is thrilled to announce the release of Perspective 1.3 and, with it, your ability to choose between two levels of Perspective-Standard and Premium-and the opportunity to integrate your Incident Reporting solution with mobile incident data capture and computer-aided dispatching.
Perspective Standard
Over the past couple of years, Perspective has become the Incident Reporting and Investigation Management system of choice for many organizations. During that time, we have often been asked about an entry-level version. something with the same quality, design and potential but with less functionality, a streamlined implementation process and a lower price. Introducing Perspective Standard-or the Standard Edition-for organizations that don't need Perspective Premium's sophisticated investigation management functionality and don't require the same level of scalability or flexibility.

Perspective DispatchLog
With Perspective, incidents are documented for further investigation, analysis and reporting. With DispatchLog, organizations manage all incoming activities and requests for service-from initiation, to deployment to response. By integrating the two systems, you can easily escalate a routine activity into an incident. All of the common fields carry over, and a validation process in Perspective ensures that each report is reviewed before being accepted as an official Perspective incident.

Perspective Mobile IDC
With Perspective Mobile IDC and any handheld device (e.g., a smart phone, PDA, etc.), incident data can be collected for further investigation, follow-up and analysis in Perspective. A data collection wizard guides data entry, and Perspective adds a validation process through which each report is reviewed before it is accepted as an official incident. Typical users include officers who don't have access to a computer but are routinely required to report incidents and security managers and investigators who respond to an incident and must immediately record their findings.
