Two-Part Webinar Series: Finding the Right Incident Reporting Solution for Your Organization. Register Today...

Thursday, September 16, 2010 & Thursday, September 23, 2010

There are many Incident Reporting software solutions available on the market with a number of components and services to choose from.

Which Incident Reporting system is right for you and your organization?

Everyone needs to track the what, where, when, who, why and how of an incident, but what else do you need to track? Do you need to manage investigations or cases? Are there advanced reporting options that you should be considering? How do you set up your system to discover trends… deliver metrics… demonstrate ROI? These are all daunting questions when researching your options.

As subject matter experts in the Incident, Investigation and Case Management software field, PPM’s goal is to set you up to succeed with the right combination of software and services for your organization. With two levels, six modules and a variety of professional services available, the Perspective product suite is built to accommodate any organization’s Incident Management mandate.

We take the guess work out of the equation, and it all starts with four base solutions that we have designed with the end user in mind:

  • Perspective IR: Incident Reporting Solution
Designed for organizations that require an application to document incidents and track the essentials of what, when, who, why, how and how much.
  • Perspective SOC: First Responder/Operations Center Solution
Designed for organizations that require a connection between their operations center and their Incident Reporting program.
  • Perspective ICM: Investigation & Case Management Solution
Designed for organizations that launch investigations in response to an incident or series of incidents.
  • Perspective Enterprise Solution
Designed for organizations that require the full enterprise suite for ground force personnel, first responders, operations center integration, investigative groups and senior management.
