Where
do I find this information?
For Perspective, IRIMS, Act-Track or DispatchLog,
your identifier (License Key, CD Key or Serial
Number) can be found within your system under
the Help>About Menu. You can also refer to your
original packaging for a sticker on the inside
front cover of your box or jewel case.
For IXO, your original password was provided
in the e-mails that accompanied the setup of
your system. If you no longer have access to
those e-mails, and cannot recall your original
password, please contact Customer Service for
assistance.
