Just over a month ago, on June 15-16th, PPM held a Perspective Hands-On Regional Training Session (RTS) in Toronto, Ontario. At the end of the two-day session, attendees were asked to complete an online evaluation form, providing feedback on both the session and the instructor.
Looking at our evaluation forms in general, I regularly get asked:
“Does anyone ever read these?”
“Does it really matter what we say here?”
“Why does my opinion count?”
I can enthusiastically state that we care about your opinion and that, yes, each and every evaluation gets read by a minimum of three individuals at PPM, including one of our Co-CEOs.
As much as we do business at a distance—and it’s easier than ever these days to promote, demo and sell software without any face-to-face contact—there’s nothing we enjoy more than getting out there and meeting individuals who are either in search of Incident Reporting and Investigation Management software or already using Perspective.
