A lot has changed since we last reached out to our IRIMS users… both at PPM in general and with Perspective.

Let’s start with PPM’s new management. Brian McIlravey and I became the Co-CEOs just over a year ago. Since then, we have been making a number of changes to how PPM does things—everything from increasing the benefits of our support program, to prioritizing development to reflect user requests, to sharing—with our employees and clients—our vision for the future of incident management. We have also learned a lot about the IRIMS to Perspective transition and read through many customer service reports, both from clients who have made the move and others who decided not to.
