It’s less than a month away… our 2012 Perspective Users’ Conference is coming up on March 6th & 7th, 2012 at the TradeWinds Island Grand Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach, Florida. Anticipation is building throughout PPM as we reach the final stages of planning and immerse ourselves in the last minute details. We’re doing everything from evaluating presentations, to choosing meals, to coordinating fun surprises for all of the attendees. It’s going to be a great couple of days in sunny Florida!
We can’t help but be excited about everything this year’s Conference has to offer including introductory sessions for new clients and hands-on access to Perspective’s newest features and functionality (ready to test drive Perspective Mobile?).
For Perspective Clients:
Share your ideas. Ask your questions. Meet other users… in your industry or who live nearby. This is your chance to connect with other security professionals who share your Incident, Investigation and Case Management challenges.
For PPM:
This is a great opportunity for some of our PPM employees (those lucky enough to be a part of the onsite Conference team!) to meet Perspective users face-to-face. We get to talk about Incident Management and, specifically, about Perspective—how our clients are using it today and how they plan to use it in the future.
Personally, the Users’ Conference is my favorite event of the year, and… while coordinating it has its challenges (I can admit that!)… it’s also one of my most fulfilling projects as we bring together PPM personnel and Perspective users for two days dedicated to Incident Management and, ultimately, to enhancing what you get out of your Perspective system. Something that resonates with everyone these days and a specific goal for us this year… we want to learn more about your mobility goals. And, as always, we want to know what you like most about Perspective… and, yes, even what you like least. This is the perfect forum to voice your opinion, to represent your company’s interests and to hear what everyone else has to say.
Also, a head’s up for DispatchLog clients… if you are planning to upgrade to the new DispatchLog and haven’t registered for the Users’ Conference yet, please take another look at the program. This really is a great opportunity for your team. Not only do we have hands-on training, we have focused sessions on some of DispatchLog’s most exciting new features, including Standard Operating Procedures and Visual Alerts.
As I write this blog, we only have 4 seats left, so don’t delay… if you’re interested, please register TODAY! Details on everything from the full agenda, to travel and accommodation, to registration are available on the Perspective Users’ Conference Web site.
