Reaching Clients Around the World

PPM 2000 International clients and contactsPPM has always sold internationally… while the majority of our business is, like us, centered in North America, our Incident Management solutions have been used everywhere—from Tunisia, to Singapore, to South Africa. Something that has changed in recent years, though, is the use of our product by global organizations who centralize management of the system but have users in multiple countries, often across divisions and subsidiaries.

It’s an exciting evolution for PPM as we expand our software to support multiple languages and set up systems that are used, literally, around the world.


Regional Representation

Outside North America, our largest customer bases are in Australia and Western Europe. It’s in these two areas that we also have regional representation, Ann Young and Richard McKoen, respectively. Backed by the full team at PPM’s head office, Ann and Richard lead our sales, training and customer service efforts within their regions. As small as the world is getting, we recognize the importance of proximity and the benefits to working with someone who’s based in your area of the world. Certainly, as we expand, more regional representatives will be established, and we promise to keep you posted.

Upcoming Events

As part of our commitment to our overseas customers, we’re also ramping up the events we participate in outside of North America. First up, we have the ASIS Middle East Security Conference & Exhibition in Dubai, UAE. It’s less than a week away (February 19–21), and we’re excited to be meeting with some of our local customers, together with a number of organizations who are just starting their search for an enterprise-level Incident Reporting and Investigation Management solution. Hot on the heels of our visit to Dubai, we’ll be planning our exhibit at the ASIS European Security Conference & Exhibition which is taking place in London from April 15–17. It’s another great opportunity for us to reach out to the ASIS community and to spend more time meeting with and getting to know our European clients.

To those of you who are just getting started on Perspective—from the Bahamas, Brazil, Hong Kong and Italy (you know who you are!)—thank you for choosing Perspective and for trusting PPM with your Incident Management needs. We are committed to servicing you, even from afar, and we look forward to introducing more localized options—from regional training to translated documentation—in the future.
