Over the past 20 years, PPM 2000 has worked to provide industry leading organizations with best-in-class solutions to investigate and manage their security-related incidents. The upcoming year will offer both new and existing customers an unprecedented level of choice to achieve—and surpass—your incident management goals.
Over the past couple of years, PPM has invested heavily in building a strong foundation in the Perspective product line, and we will continue to build on this. I do appreciate the extent of the commitment that many of you have made, both financially and in terms of time and resources. I would especially like to thank those of you who have moved forward with Perspective as we evolved through the initial releases. We will continue to work hard to earn your support.
As I have said before, the true value that PPM builds is not in the technology but, rather, in the loyal base of users that apply the technology. I assure you that your support is both appreciated and valued. Without our customers, we have no company. Protecting the investment that so many of you have made with PPM over the years—while still providing a means to take advantage of new and evolving technologies—is a priority.
To the many organizations coming to PPM for the first time, I assure you that you will find world class solutions, built on leading edge technologies and backed by a dedicated team. We are committed to working alongside you to ensure the ultimate success of your Incident Management system.

Founder & Executive Director
I am very happy that under Don's leadership in his role as President & CEO, great progress has been made in taking Perspective to the next level. We have a product that we can be proud of, and feedback from our ever-expanding customer base reinforces our confidence in the quality of our technology.
As the founder and major shareholder, I sit on PPM's Board of Directors, and as PPM's Executive Director, I am very involved in helping chart the strategic direction of the company. While I no longer have an operational role in PPM, I am always available to respond to any questions, suggestions or criticisms that you have—you never know, I might be able to help.
