Co-CEO: Brian McIlravey, CPP

Brian leads PPM’s strategic planning process and drives the company’s partnership opportunities. Most recently the Vice-President of Business Development & Professional Services, Brian established PPM’s Consulting & Training division and led the design of Perspective, the company’s flagship software application. Prior to joining PPM in November 2001, Brian was a police officer with the Waterloo Regional Police Service in Ontario, Canada and served as a Senior Investigator in the Corporate Crime division of one of Canada’s largest private investigation firms. Brian is Board Certified in Security Management and an active member of ASIS International where he recently joined the Information Security Technology Council and is a member of the Toronto Chapter.

President & Co-CEO: Elaine O’Sullivan

Leveraging her twenty plus years with PPM and her in-depth knowledge of every facet of the company, Elaine drives operational cohesiveness to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity and effectiveness. With the company since its origin, and most recently PPM’s Vice-President of Marketing & Communications, Elaine played a pivotal role in shaping the PPM 2000 and Perspective brands and in establishing the company as one of the industry’s most recognized developers of Incident, Investigation and Case Management solutions. “It’s been an amazing journey so far, but I’ve never been more excited about our potential. We have an incredible team, a solid game plan and a true appreciation for our clients and the excellence in software and service they expect.” Elaine holds an Honors Degree in Commerce from the University of Alberta.

Chief Financial Officer: Peter Mah

Peter joined PPM in August 1997 and brought with him a strong background in financial management and accounting. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Alberta and the Certified General Accountant designation, Peter is responsible for the company's administrative and financial operations. Peter oversees all internal reporting, develops and presents periodic reviews and annual budgets, participates in the strategic evaluation of new business opportunities and supervises all accounting and administrative staff. Prior to joining PPM, Peter spent six years with Alberta Envirofuels.

Our Customer Service team is by far one of our greatest assets. With our Director of Customer Service at the helm, our Customer Service Representatives make a point of reaching out to each and every client to handle questions of all sizes—big and small.

PPM 2000’s experienced team of Technical Analysts, Incident Management Consultants and Project Managers offer a variety of services, including implementation and deployment, consulting, training and custom projects. Marketing

Our Marketing team works tirelessly to create and promote information and events valued by our customers and prospects alike. These highly detail-oriented and creative staff members make sure everyone—from the staff at PPM, to our clients, to anyone interested in our products—are in-the-know regarding the happenings at PPM 2000. Product Management

PPM's Product Management team is responsible for Perspective's roadmap-and work hand-in-hand with our Development and Quality Assurance teams to manage the product lifecycle. During the design stage, they review enhancement requests from customers and prioritize them for inclusion with future releases of the product. They also work with our consultants and partners to develop new strategies, ideas and integrations for Perspective.

Software Development & Technology

Our Technical Architects, Database Administrators and Software Developers work together to design and build innovative Incident, Investigation and Case Management solutions that meet our customers’ needs for functionality, performance and reliability. They are experts in the technologies and infrastructure surrounding enterprise software development and deliver innovative and strategic solutions that align with the functional requirements delivered by Product Management and the overall vision and strategic initiatives presented by Senior Management.

Quality Assurance & Testing

PPM’s QA team is responsible for the testing and evaluation of the company’s software programs against design specifications and user requirements. They define, design and implement load and system test cases over a variety of complex environments and user-based scenarios.

Administration

The unsung heroes at PPM, the Administration team makes sure the wheels keep spinning and the ride is nice and smooth for the rest of us.
